The Winter QU-ATTO School on communication skills and public engagement successfully took place from 13–16 January at the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci.
Doctoral candidates strengthened their ability to communicate science to non-expert audiences, practiced interactive facilitation, and gained hands-on experience in dialogue, inclusion, and creative engagement. During the school, they also received training on the Photonics Explorer Kit, developed by EYEST for secondary school students, which they will use in future outreach activities.
